Heidi's Kittens' mission is to give as many cats and kittens as possible a second chance. Heidi's Kittens has built a strong network with rescues, transporters, and fosters across Montana and beyond. While they help kittens and cats find homes throughout the region, Heidi is also committed to addressing local overpopulation issues. Heidi's Kittens supports fosters, collaborates with vet techs, and seeks veterinary advice for more complex cases. Their goal is to remain a small and flexible organization, willing to serve where most needed

With the help of Dover's Chair, Heidi's Kittens will now have a safety net for emergency vet care. They can take kittens and cats to the vet whenever they are in need, enabling them to treat conditions beyond the normal scope of routine preventive care.
From Heidi:
Friday morning, I got a call from a landlord who needed cats to be gone immediately. We took in 33 cats. I’m headed down today. Reports are of many outside that need to be caught. That’s our biggest intake ever, and you can thank yourself, because without the grant we would not be in the financial position to say yes at this time.

they are not available for adoption for various reasons, including age or health.
These horses participate in Equine Assisted Programs, including Life Skills, Equine
Assisted Growth and Learning, and Veterans programs.

Financial hardships can make it difficult to manage unforeseen veterinary costs, and Old Dog New Digs can help support these families during tough times.

With the help of Dover's Chair, Old Dog New Digs' Community Assistance Program can contribute even more financial aid directly to the approved applicant’s veterinarian to help pay for procedures, hospitalization, medication, veterinary follow-ups, and emergency animal services to realize the owner’s pet’s full recovery.
